I will say that staying healthy and fit has been quite a challenge. It's not easy, but does get easier as you habits and lifestyle begin to change. It not only improves you physically, but also mentally. I never knew how emotionally healthy exercising could be until now. I just encourage you to keep it up, and make time. Even a short 15 minute workout is better than nothing!
My goal is to train and run in the Walt Disney World marathon. I've actually got my first mile down to 8:22, and have signed up for my first race in August. It's a 5k obstacle course, and involves a lot of mud! This race is mostly just for fun, but my goal is to simply finish it! I have a long journey ahead before I reach my goal, but I'm so determined to get there! I can do this! I'll be keeping you all posted!

I love running and working out but I have been in a big slump. This inspired me to get up and just do it :) Having a goal like a Marathon make it fun!
Good luck with the training. I'm signed up for Goofy 2013! Taking a little break from a busy spring race season and will start the heaving lifting in September. Congrats on finding a group and the strength to keep motivated. You will do great in January!
